        1. The number or color of marks.
        2. The number of people watching.
        3. How “hard”, sensual, or playful your scene is.

    6. How to stop it.
      1. Recognize it within yourself
      2. Work on self-confidence
      3. Work on learning to enjoy yourself in the moment.
      4. Make the decision and follow through every time it hits.
